Tramway 160

Starting from the Crich Tramway Village, Crich, Derbyshire at 0800 hrs.


A ride of 167Km (104 miles) organised by Alfreton CTC under Audax UK rules, but open to all riders. The route takes you through some of the finest moorland, and dry stone wall scenery that the Peak District has to offer. The first 50 miles are shared with the Tramway 100, but then the route heads south into Staffordshire to Bramshall, before returning via Tutbury and Alport Heights to Crich

   Crich - Beeley Moor - Eastmoor - Owler Bar - Fox House - Hathersage - Abney - Tideswell - Millers Dale - Brierlow Bar -  Hollinsclough - Longnor - Warslow - Ipstones - Kingsley Holt - Bramshall - Uttoxeter - Marchington - Tutbury - Sutton-on-the-Hill - Brailsford - Idridgehay -Alport Heights - Whatstandwell - Crich.

Entry fee for Audax UK, CTC or BCF members: £4.00

Entry fee for other riders: £5.50 (includes £1.50 for temporary Audax UK membership).

NOTE: Entries on the line will incur a £1 surcharge

1. A completed entry form

2. A cheque for £4.00 (AUK/CTC/BCF Members) or £5.50 (All other riders) payable to Chris Bugg.

3. Two stamped self-addressed envelopes.
